BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend Dosage Calculator

Blend vials list one total, usually 10 mg or 20 mg, split between the two peptides. The math uses that total. Enter the blend dose your protocol calls for and the calculator returns units.

More water = more units per dose (easier to measure). Less water = fewer units (fits smaller syringes).

Worked examples

10 mg vial + 2 mL water, entering 500 mcg
Concentration 5 mg/mL → 50 mcg per unit → draw 10 units (0.1 mL) on a 30U syringe. That vial holds about 20 such draws.
20 mg vial + 2 mL water, entering 1 mg
Concentration 10 mg/mL → 100 mcg per unit → draw 10 units (0.1 mL) on a 30U syringe. That vial holds about 20 such draws.
20 mg vial + 4 mL water, entering 1 mg
Concentration 5 mg/mL → 50 mcg per unit → draw 20 units (0.2 mL) on a 30U syringe. That vial holds about 20 such draws.

Notes for this calculator

A 10 mg blend labeled 5 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg TB-500 is a 1:1 blend, so every draw contains equal amounts of each. If the label shows a different split (for example 10 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg TB-500 in a 15 mg vial), each unit carries the same ratio; the calculator works on the total and the ratio stays constant.

Larger blend vials often need more water than a 30U syringe can add in one pull. Use the water-fill plan on the result card, or switch the water syringe to 3 mL in that panel.

Common questions

How do I calculate a dose for a BPC-157 TB-500 blend?

Use the vial's total mg. 10 mg with 2 mL water is 5 mg/mL, 50 mcg per unit, so a 500 mcg blend entry is 10 units. Each unit contains both peptides in the label's ratio.

How many units is 1 mg of a 20 mg blend?

With 2 mL of water: 10 mg/mL, 100 mcg per unit, so 1 mg is 10 units. With 4 mL it is 20 units.

Do I calculate BPC-157 and TB-500 separately?

Not for a blended vial. The two are already mixed in a fixed ratio, so you calculate the total and the ratio takes care of itself.

Does the calculator recommend a dose?

No. You enter the dose your protocol calls for and it converts that into syringe units, mL, and doses per vial. It never suggests what to take.

Why is my draw too big for the syringe?

The concentration is low for that dose. Either use a larger U-100 syringe or mix the next vial with less water. The calculator shows the exact water amount that would fit your syringe.

About this tool. Built and maintained by the team at ThePeptideStore. The arithmetic is the standard U-100 reconstitution formula (concentration = mg ÷ mL; mcg per unit = concentration × 10; units = dose ÷ mcg per unit) and every result is recomputed live in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to a server. Reviewed 2026-09-02. This calculator does arithmetic on numbers you type. It is not medical advice and does not recommend any dose.
